When can I use my accumulated points?
You must accumulate a minimum of 20000 points in order to use them on a single purchase (corresponding to a minimum discount of $ 100).
Discount only applicable for purchases of $500 or more, per order. Cannot be combined with another discount or promotion. The points will never expire. This program is subject to change without notice.
Can you ship my order to another address?
For security reasons, we ONLY deliver to the address associated with your credit card or PayPal account.
Your order will be shipped to the address associated with your credit card.

Why I do not receive an email invoice?
When you make a purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation of purchase. Your purchase invoice sent to you during the delivery in your package.
If you would like to receive a copy of the invoice by email, please contact us by phone or email.
How to use a coupon code?
- Add to cart the product you want to buy
- Go to see the basket
- Copy the promo code at the top of your page (Some conditions apply)

- Paste the previously copied code into the dedicated area
