The Stable Turntable

The new STABLE 33.33 turntable was presented to the public for the first time at the Montreal Audiofest 2025. Its name, Immutable, a synonym of stable, was chosen in relation to the company's values, one of which is to continue to offer a first-class product. A product that does not change, that is there to stay, each choice of materials and components has been carefully chosen according to quality and continuity of supply.

The Immuable is at STABLE 33.33, but offers a performance that is commensurate with the company's reputation. It is mounted on three GAIA IV of ISO ACOUSTICS and very simple to level thanks to two rotary buttons on top of the base at the front. The main structure of the Immuable is machined in 1'' thick FORMICA ®️ manufactured in Canada The 1,400" thick plate is made of Delrin ®️ and is powered by a 120V 3 watt synchronous motor. At the base, the plate can be directly connected to the 120V mains socket and manually changed the speed of 33 1/3 and 45 rpm by positioning the belt on the right stage of the pulley. However, an external STABLE 33.33 gearbox that will facilitate speed changes and provide more adjustment and stability to the engine will be offered as an option soon. The pivot is 9/32'' diameter, made of tungsten carbide and rotates at the center of a hydrostatic cushion.

The Immutable arm, the T11, is mainly designed by 3D printing made of polymer reinforced carbon fiber very resistant and light. A 10''1/2 long arm with a carbon fiber tube 10mm in diameter by 12'' long well wrapped in its center to ensure a direct link of the cell to the rear weight. The gyroscopic cage is mounted on 4 high quality ball bearings between tips. The azimuth adjustment is possible without dismantling the cell and the VTA is adjustable in flight thanks to a high precision mechanism that offers a movement of more or less 5mm via a micrometer. It has RCA Furutech FT-903 connectors and is wired with the 1877 PHONO made of OFHC copper and finished with FIT clips-R 1.0 made of Rhodium plated OFHC copper from Zavfino. The phono cartridge remains the customer’s choice.
