The products and services offered on this site by HIFIPRO.CA are subject to the following conditions of use. By using HIFIPRO.CA and its services, you agree to be bound by these conditions of use, policies, terms and rules. HIFIPRO.CA is a subsidiary company of Audio d’occasion G.Q. inc, a specialized hi-fi shop established in 1985 located at 1325 Ontario Montreal, QC, Canada H2L 1R8

Payments

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Visa / MasterCard Debit, Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Email / Interac. We will deliver the goods only to the billing address of the credit card or PayPal account, no post office box. All products remain the property of Audio G.Q. inc. until full payment. You can also submit your order by email or fax at (514) 522-2943 or by phone at (514)522-2020 or our toll-free number 1 (888) 738-HIFI during our business hours. All prices displayed are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. For the protection of our customers, our policy is not to sell to minors, if you are under the legal age, you must ask one of your parents or a duly appointed guardian to make this purchase for you.

Conditions related to shipping

Shipping is free on most orders over $99* in Canada with the exception of Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories. Some products of irregular size and weight or other reasons may not qualify for free shipping.

Any purchase made on HIFIPRO.CA implies a contract of shipment which means that the risk of loss and the right of property related to your order are transferred to you at the time of the picking by the carrier. A minimum purchase of  20.00 $CA (excluding taxes and excluding transportation costs) is required. The package will be shipped between  3-7 working days.  If you purchase multiple items, your order will be shipped when it is complete. Your purchase will be confirmed by email. No delivery to a PO Box or outside North America.

The shipping costs must not exceed 10% of the amount of the order (before tax) otherwise you will be informed of the additional amount to pay. If you refuse, your order will be cancelled.

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to the address associated with your credit card or PayPal account.

Satisfaction

If within 30 days of receipt of your product, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for exchange or credit note (excluding freight, insurance and customs) specifying the reason for the return . A 15% charge (or more) will be applied on any returned order. The product must be returned undamaged, with all accessories, instruction manual, warranty card, etc., copy of invoice, in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number (valid for 14 days). You can submit your request by email or by fax at (514) 522-2943. You will be responsible for transportation, insurance and customs (if applicable), as these are not refundable except in the case of shipping error or a defect (except customs fees). In this case, you must return the goods within 10 days of your purchase. Your request will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your submission. Damaged packages will be refused. If this is the case, you will have to make a claim with your carrier. Excludes: special orders, all consumables, cartridges, reading tips, products requiring assembly or soldering, compact discs, DVDs, software or books (copyright), and headphones (for reasons hygiene) etc.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We’re doing our best to provide the most accurate information, but with no warranty. In the case where an error occurred, whether it’s about a product or a service, whether is implicit or explicit nature, we reserve the right to cancel an order. If a product or service offered by HIFIPRO.CA is not conform to its description, your sole remedy is to return it in its original state. HIFIPRO.CA reserves the right at any time to make changes to the site, it’s policies, it’s price and its current use conditions . Any amendment or revision shall enter into force immediately upon posting on the site. Your conditions of use site will be governed by the conditions displayed on the site when you use it.

Repairs policies

If it turns out that your product is defective within 10 days of receipt , we will replace it   You must submit a request for replacement. If your product is in the manufacturer ‘s warranty period , please contact us for a return authorization request by email or by fax at: (514) 522-2943. Your product must be returned in its original packaging at your expense with a copy of your proof of purchase. Service times are subject to manufacturer’s policies.

Email

When visiting, shopping  HIFIPRO website or sending us an email, you are establishing electronic contact with us. You consent to receive emails from us. You therefore agree that the emails sent comply with legal requirements requiring that such communications be in writing.

Privacy

HIFIPRO.CA do not automatically gather any specific personal information such as your name, phone number, email or street address while making a visit. We will get this kind of information only if you supply it voluntarily by sending us an email or registering in a secure portion of the site. All personal information held or collected by HIFIPRO.CA are protected under the law on privacy. Your personal data are by no means given or sold to third parties. When you visit HIFIPRO.CA cookies are sent to your browser to better target your interests.

Applicable Laws

When visiting the site where HIFIPRO.CA or when making a purchase , you consent to the application of the laws of Quebec, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use , and any litigation that may ensue.

HIFIPOINT Reward Points Program effective February 14, 2018

Buy $ 10 CAD and receive 100 points (equivalent to $ 0.50 CAD discount) on your next purchase. This corresponds to a 5% discount on the purchase you made previously. You must accumulate a minimum of 20000 points in order to use them on a single purchase (corresponding to a minimum discount of $ 100). The points are non-transferable and non-refundable. Get 200 points for free when you leave a product review.

You must create an account and login to get points.

Note: Discount only applicable for purchases of $500 or more, per order. Cannot be combined with another discount or promotion. The points will never expire.
